I really appreciated the spacious and comfortable Superior King Room, and the variety at breakfast was amazing! The swimming pool and spa were perfect for some much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring. It did take a bit longer than expected for room service, but overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

The reception staff were incredibly unwelcoming upon arrival, making us feel out of place after our previous stops in El Nido and Boracay. Additionally, we experienced food poisoning and had to rely on late-night assistance from staff, which was only moderately helpful. Furthermore, one of our rooms had cockroaches, and even after changing rooms, the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations for a supposed five-star hotel.

Staff members were friendly and generally attentive, making it comfortable. However, the room had some noticeable issues. The corridor often smelled unpleasant, despite their attempts to mask it with diffusers. Room service was slow, taking too long to deliver even basic items like water. The TV in my room faced away from the bed, which was awkward. Also, I noticed stains on the couch and table, which shouldn't be expected in a five-star hotel. The initial reception experience felt somewhat unwelcoming compared to other places I visited in the Philippines. With a few improvements, the hotel could offer a truly stellar experience.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Robinsons Place Mall, only a short walk away, and the nearby Paco Park, where I spent some relaxing moments enjoying the greenery. the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my visit, which made my experience all the more enjoyable.

Rooms are spacious with fresh decor. The casino has a lively atmosphere, making for a fun night. The only downside was the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, creating humidity. Overall, a nice stay.

Just a proper fit for a speedy visit in Manila with real value for money. The executive lounge had 24/7 food and great workspaces, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to get to breakfast early to avoid the lines.

Thankfully, the staff tried their best to make things right, offering us a room upgrade and complimentary airport transfer after we raised our concerns. The hotel's location is convenient, close to shopping areas and public transportation, but the room issues and noise really affected our overall experience.
